Application for Observer Status

The framework of cooperation between the Committee and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) is outlined in the Committee’s Rules of Procedure (Rules 34, 37, 81 and 82). Moreover, the Committee has developed Criteria for Granting Observer Status to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Associations. CSOs who fulfil the Criteria and are interested in working closely with the Committee can apply for observer Status.
